New Ecommerce Policy

After an order is placed, we normally fulfill most orders within 48 hours.

If, after seven days or for any reason, we are unable to ship any order, here are order options:

Option #1: Full refund of any unfulfilled item(s) and order cancellation.

Option #2:  Partial refund of any unfulfilled item(s), including their shipping) and fulfillment for any remaining item(s).

Option #3: Store credit, for any unfulfilled item(s) (including their shipping) + $5 additional store credit bonus (for any inconvenience); along with fulfillment for any remaining item(s). #

# If Option #3 is chosen, and later changes to any other option; any store credit bonus issued will be deducted prior to any administrative update.
